Working in the Commercial B2C Function means creating and shaping the banking products and services our customers rely on. You’ll drive innovation by developing new solutions, enhancing existing ones, and ensuring they stay competitive, compliant, and profitable. The difference you will make
In this role you are responsible for the sales of the bank’s products via, primarily, outbound phone calls. The products range from consumer loan, revolving loan, consolidation loan and mediated products (e.g. PPI).
You are responsible for the customer contact and that our offering is presented in a professional manner. Most likely, you will be the customers’ contact person regarding their Ikano Bank errands.
You have your own sales budget that you are determined to deliver monthly, and you do this by being results- and customer oriented.
Your main mission is to deliver on set goals and budgets, also support colleagues when needed and always strive to improve and report business improvements.
By working together, you will identify new ways-of-working and you will strive to offer a professional and customer-friendly service. You will also work between departments within the organization when necessary.
What you will be doing
- Sell loan, revolving loan and insurance products to, primarily, internal customers via Outbound sales calls
- Deliver on sales budget and qualitative goals
- Deliver weekly and monthly follow-up reports and sales figures
- Achieve set goals and sales budgets (both qualitative and quantitative goals)
- Improve the business by giving feedback to colleagues and manager
- Support colleagues by working together
- In close cooperation with other departments, you work to improve the business, identify more efficient ways-of-working and strive to offer excellent customer service
- Report improvements on existing products and services so that we have the best possible offering for the customer and for the bank
- Taking ownership and being in control of what concerns your areas of responsibility and your customers
- Support a positive team culture focused on performance, accountability, and learning.
- Represent Ikano Bank’s values, common sense, simplicity, working together, and daring to be different, in all aspects of your work.
What you bring
- Experience of having worked with outbound sales is preferable, but not mandatory
- Banking and insurance experience preferable, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage your receiver and create a passion for your work
- Ability to present offers in a professional, sales- and service oriented manner
- To succeed in this role, you must be a flexible and open person who is results oriented and has a high qualitative focus. Furthermore, you
have a high working morale where your drive enables you to reach higher levels
